Delivery Policy

We make sure you have had a look at your orders before we can accept your payment to reduce issues arising from stale or unsatisfactory merchandise. Since we are dealing with food (perishables) It is of high priority that we do this and cut costs and save the planet. Our deliveries are only made 2 times in a week as we are trying our best to reduce the usage of automobile that damage the environment with carbon emissions. All deliveries are charged in the final order and NEVER separate.

Return & Exchange Policy

In the event you need a replacement of a product, kindly contact us with details and what you may need done in our jurisdiction we will attend to your needs. Please as we are trying our best to be mindful of returns, remember we are dealing with perishables and the case must be dealt with at least 5 hours after delivery has been made. We will return right away to your premises to replace your order with a satisfactory package. While we ensure that before payment you are fully satisfied, issues arising must be attended to however.
